Reflexology

Reflexology originates from Asia with its roots dating back thousands of years. It’s a wonderful therapy for relaxation, improving sleep and blood circulation, boosting the immune system and providing a general feeling of well-being. However, the benefits go way deeper than this.

I am fully qualified with a VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology and insured via Balens. During a treatment, I use my fingers and thumbs to massage and apply gentle pressure to different areas of the feet or hands.

Being a complementary therapy, it can be used alongside but not instead of conventional medicine. Reflexology is not used to diagnose illnesses or conditions.

Hand or Foot Reflexology

Please select when booking whether you would like hand or foot reflexology.

You can, however, still get reflexology treatment on your hands if these are unaffected.

  • I do not treat men in my home studio unless recommended by a friend. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Please let me know in advance if you have any allergies such as to fragrances or cats.
  • The appointment is considerably longer than the treatment time to allow for a consultation before the treatment begins and for about 15 minutes of relaxation time afterwards.
  • Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. The only thing you’ll need to take off is your shoes (and socks for Foot Reflexology!).
