Once purchased, these vouchers can be downloaded as a PDF which can be printed or forwarded by email. Please note, the vouchers are not valid without the order number (found in the order confirmation email) which can only be used once.
Reflexology, Reiki, Distance Reiki, Sound Bath Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions
These are redeemable against any therapies I offer and can be used in part or full payment. If the amount of the voucher is for more than the treatment booked no change can be given but it can be used towards the cost of a second booking.
Gift vouchers for different values and for specific one-to-one therapies, including reflexology, Reiki, distance Reiki and sound baths with Reiki, are available on request.
Please note, these vouchers are not valid without the order number which must be quoted when booking.
Voucher redemption. Services must be pre-booked and are subject to availability. Vouchers can be redeemed by phone or by email by quoting the order number when booking. While my availability can be checked online, bookings using vouchers can only be made by phone or email.
Before booking reflexology or a sound bath, please read the information on conditions or illnesses that may exclude you from having a particular therapy or may require permission from your doctor. You'll find the details here for reflexology and here for sound baths. This is not needed when booking Reiki as there are no conditions or illnesses that exclude you from receiving Reiki.
Voucher expiry. These vouchers are valid until the end of February 2024.
Refunds. Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14-day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
