The personal data that we obtain from you as part of your registration process includes your name and contact details. Depending on the services you book, we may also ask for additional data regarding your health for example. This information is obtained for the purposes of maintaining our contract with you to provide our services (e.g. Reflexology, Reiki, Sound Baths) and in order to improve our service to you. This includes ensuring that you receive information by email on your purchases, bookings, appointment reminders, and cancellations. If you opt-in for our newsletter then we also use your contact details to keep you up to date on classes, workshops, events and therapies.

How we store your data
Your personal data is stored securely within our booking software, and our online email and payment platforms, to allow us to manage our ongoing business and provide an efficient service to you.

The data is securely stored and only shared when necessary, or when required by the law in compliance with provisions of GDPR and when a service is provided in collaboration with another therapist or teacher (such as a yoga teacher for our Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath events). We do not share personal data with any other third party.

Images and photos
We occasional take photographs and video during our group events. For such events, this is clearly stated in the booking form. We reserve the right to use these images for our website and marketing purposes. By completing our booking form, you agree to these terms and should you not wish to be photographed or filmed, it is your responsibility to make yourself known. We do not use the personal details or names of any client in a photograph on our website, printed publications and social media unless express permission is granted.
